1. Active investor (principal)
We participate in high-yield real estate operations putting in our own capital, alongside professional operators, funds, and institutional investors. The typical structure is equity co-investment inside SPVs or dedicated vehicles, occasionally through selected club deals.
We are also open to opportunistic acquisitions and equity stakes proposed by real estate operators when the asset, the deal structure, and the timing converge.
Skin in the game is not a selling point: it’s the filter we apply to our own selection process.
2. Independent advisor
Under mandate from third parties, we operate as advisor on transactions that the client runs themselves. The value we bring is the perspective of someone who looks at the deal through an investor’s eyes: same rigour, same indicators, same suspicion towards easy numbers.
Independence carries double weight here: we do not distribute financial products, we do not represent counterparties, and we have no sales incentives of any kind.
Section 3 — Who we are
RAM Solutions is an Italian independent firm, headquartered in Milan. We work on high-potential assets across residential, commercial, hospitality, and community services.
For every operation we integrate market analysis, financial structuring, planning and regulatory management, and asset value creation. We do it as investors putting our own capital at risk and, when we work for third parties, with the same discipline we apply to our own.
We do not distribute financial products. We do not raise capital from the public. We do not represent counterparties.

Selectivity
We focus on operations that sit in the upper quartiles of the Italian market for asset quality, expected return, and structural soundness. We say no more often than we say yes, both when we decide where to invest, and when we decide which mandate to take on.
Independence
No distribution mandates, no banking group affiliation. The advice we give is not driven by sales incentives. When we invest our own capital, there is no one bringing in a deal we wouldn’t have chosen ourselves.
Integration
Market analysis, business planning, vehicle structuring, capital raising, planning and regulatory management, all treated as components of a single project. We don’t work in silos. This applies to our own capital and to our clients’.
Method
Every operation is processed with the same discipline: technical and administrative due diligence, planning feasibility, capital stack design, financial business plan, vehicle governance. Documentation is traceable, decisions are argued.
Network
We operate with an established network of banks, real estate funds, private credit funds, and family offices. The network is a tool, not a selling point.

RAM Solutions brings together professionals with hands-on experience in complex real estate transactions, structured finance, and asset management in the sectors we cover. The team’s composition reflects the integrated nature of our work: financial, technical/planning, and operational expertise that talk to each other in the same room.

Section title: Who we work with
We work alongside institutional and qualified private investors, developers, industry operators, banks, real estate funds, credit funds, and family offices. Relationships are built over time and maintained on an operational, not commercial, basis.
We do not publish our list of counterparties: confidentiality is part of the service.

Notes to designer / dev
- Section 2 (“How we operate”) is the most important section on the page after the repositioning: it declares the two modes as paired blocks. Layout: two columns on desktop (50/50), vertical stack on mobile. No icons, the text is enough.
- Order is intentional: active investor first, advisor second. Do not invert.
- Section 4 (“How we work”): five pillars (Selectivity · Independence · Integration · Method · Network). Layout: 5-column grid on desktop, single-column stack on mobile. No generic icons (lightbulb, chart, etc.), better none.
- Section 5 (“Team”) is descriptive in v1, match IT version. Keep
<TeamMember>component ready for v2 activation. - “Skin in the game” is kept in English in both IT and EN, it’s the standard institutional RE term and is part of the lexicon allowed by the brief.
- Tone is slightly more direct than IT, that’s intentional, EN business formality is lower than IT. Don’t soften lines like “We say no more often than we say yes.” or “Skin in the game is not a selling point: it’s the filter we apply to our own selection process.”
