Investor first

RAM Solutions is, first and foremost, an active investor. We participate in high-yield real estate operations with our own capital, alongside professional operators, funds, and institutional investors. We do so selectively, under the mandate of our own selection process: we invest where we see conviction, not where opportunities are passed along.

In parallel, on third-party mandates, we operate as an independent advisor for those running their own operations and needing analysis, structuring, planning management, or capital raising.

The approach is the same in both modes: rigorous due diligence, robust financial structure, asset value creation. What changes is where the risk sits: in the first mode we take it; in the second we manage it on behalf of the client.
